What I mean by this, when you eat a lot of food, how much time you spend to finish it. I recommend you to slow down your pace, Because it's not good for your stomach if you eat too fast.

You can drink while you're eating, but don't drink too much because when you drink too much, your stomach can't digest the food properly. So drink wisely only if you need it.

4. Cold Food And Drink Prohibition

Cold foods tastes good especially in a very hot summer day. However from health perspective it is suggested to avoid them, do you know why? According to various health sources, it can harm your digesting system.

5. Avoid Fat Foods
